TIMBER PINES WOODSHOP RULES

  1. The Woodshop is strictly limited to authorized Members in good standing. Children, guests and unauthorized residents are not permitted in the Woodshop at any time.
  2. Members are required to complete an orientation and after such orientation will receive authorization to purchase a key fob for entry (One- time fee at Lodge). Each key fob is not transferrable.
  3. Members are required to sign a “Release Waiver and Covenant not to sue” form.
  4. Members are required to wear eye and ear protection at all times in the Woodshop.
  5. Use of the vacuum system is mandatory when a machine connected to the system is operated. Members are responsible for cleaning the area that they used before leaving the Woodshop.
  6. No open-toed shoes, sandals, or any kind of loose clothing are permitted.
  7. Treated lumber is not allowed in the Woodshop.
  8. Negligent or improper use of any power tool which directly results in the damage of that tool or its accessories, the responsible member is required to pay for the replacement part(s) and labor necessary to bring the tool back to its original condition. In addition, that Member must be retrained on the proper use of the tool and will not be allowed to use that particular tool until such training has been completed.

Failure to abide by the above requirements will result in penalties

inclusive of fines and suspension of privileges
